Abode Hotels partnered with The Guestbook, a leader in loyalty programs and direct booking incentives, to implement a rewards' system that encouraged future bookings. This initiative delivered significant results. From May 2024 through April 2025, Abode Hotels generated $1,255,226 AUD in additional room revenue and booked 5,990 room nights. A 27% repeat stay rate demonstrated the program’s success in fostering loyalty among their guests, while 4,084 new enrollments expanded the base of engaged customers. With an average daily rate of $209 AUD, the program achieved a 12.6X Revenue-to-Cost Multiple and kept costs at just 8% of the total revenue generated. This partnership has not only increased direct bookings but also redefined Abode Hotels’ approach to guest engagement. By adopting a few Guestbook enhancement tools such as the Integrated Rewards Page and Email Capture Plugin, their guests were properly introduced to the loyalty program and could immediately see the benefits of booking direct.
