Comment: How do these puppy farmers live with themselves? Your stories made me cry, but also touched me deeply. These farms need to be banned straight away. I hope these people rot in hell, that is all they deserve.

Comment: i cried with recognition at your touching diary of purdy. i have caramel who came to live with us just 4 months ago and we are going through such similar things.
these farmers must be stopped from putting these wonderful creatures through so much for profit and greed.
it is incredible that these precious animals can ever think of trusting humans again. but they do.
well done Mary for this site which highlights the plight of these places.

Comment: The more sites like this that are shown the more the plight these poor dogs suffer will be hi-lighted. Purdie's story is hearbreaking but she is safe and happy now. I just wish more could be done to put a stop to puppy farming but now with the Welsh Assembly offering grants it only promotes this vile trade.

Comment: Purdy's story is heartbreaking,and we know she is only one animal out of many thousands who are abused in puppy farms around the world.The KC condone this disgusting 'trade' by registering their progeny,which encourages the 'farmers' to breed even more & gives them credibility. The KC has the power to STOP this abuse, and force these despicable'farmers'out of business. Purdy is one of the lucky ones, she was rescued, many aren't so lucky, and their fate is unknown.

Comment: As an occasional breeder and also being Half Welsh, I almost feel ashamed to say, I can not understand the Welsh Assembly financing Farmers to breed dogs. There is enough misery for these poor dogs as it is and until the UK Kennel Club stop registering litters from these people, nothing will change.The Government and the Kennel Club needs to act quickly and act now to stop all the suffering of these poor animals.

Comment: Well done Mary and to everyone who is working against closing down these hell holes. These poor dogs MUST NOT be allowed to suffer a minute longer than they already have.
Let's put the 'puppy farmers' in cages in cages in dark barns and let them be raped every few months and fed when their jailer thinks fit.
Run free little ones and may your tormentors all rot in hell.
