Comment: I am a nephew of George Hynes, an RFC mechanic who served in the Hejaz. I wonder if I might have a copy of him that you hold. I also have a photograph of uncle George wearing arab head dress; I wonder if it is the same one? If not I could let you have a copy of the one I have from a daughter of George.

Comment: Your site and information have helped me greatly!
I 'm a novice collector and have always been interested in the British Medals. A great tribute to the deeds of the soldiers of the past.
I believe it will help me on my pursuit of British WWI -WWII Medals. Thank You!

Comment: As a member of St Swithuns Church Annual Flower Festival in Sandy, our group is charged with depicting Sir William Peels Ladder Brigade in the medium of a Flower Arrangement. We have carried out research but need information on the way the ladders were constructed and the materials used, at the moment we have no idea at all, can you point us in the right direction so that we can do our best to honour a great man who had such an impact on the lives of Sandy Residents both in the past and even now
