Comment: -We were two adult couples who had a lovely 15 nights stay in the Santa Barbara apartment in june/july this year. The standard of the apartment is superb, and sorounding facilities are great as well. Excellent service from Marc both before arrival and upon departure(pickup at the airport etc...). The bakery and supermarket in the first floor of the building is very convenient, and the fantastic beach is only a 2 muinute walk from the apartment. Thanks

Comment: Me and my 4 friends had a great time in Nice. The apartment St. Jorge was great and there was enough room for even 5 people. It was also very pleasent to have Marc pick us up from the airport and take us back there. The apartment was very close to the beach, but maybe a bit far away from the city centre. But there are good public transport connections to the city centre, and one way trip by bus cost only 1 €. I would definitely recommend apartment St. Jorge and Riviera-Rental.Thank You!

Comment: Had a fabulous time with 4 friends in Nice. The apartment was everything and more that we hoped for... clean and well equiped. Marc was a perfect host and picked us up and took us to the airport... all on time! Thanks very much!

Comment: We rented apartment in Nice throw website www.rivera-rental-france.com. Apartment located in very nice area, close to everything with walking distance. It was clean and ready for us on time. Everything was up to description on website, no unpleasant surprises. Mark met us at train station.(Thank you again). Bakery across the street is the just great. If somebody needs more info please write to me, I'll be happy to answer any of your questions. We had great time in Nice. Mayya

Comment: My wife and I greatly enjoyed our week in May in the Maryland apartment. The accommodation is comfortable and ideal for two. Equipment for self catering is adequate but some egg-cups would have been useful. All administration and service was excellent and made our holiday most enjoyable.

Comment: Had a great time in Nice at the apartment Musiciens in April 08. The apartment is very central and ideal location for beach and also main train station. However due to central location and close to shops it can be bit noisy with traffic at night and shops opening very early morning.
The service provided in meeting us at the airport and also dropping us off at airport on departure was also great and very helpful.

Comment: We had a wonderful Easter weekend at The Palm Beach Villa. What a superb location for Cannes and also easily accesses the highways to adventure to other parts of the Cote Azur. The views of the sea are great throughout the house. Watching the sunsets with some local wine,cheese and bread on the deck was our favorite part. Thanks Marc for your kind hospitality. Hope to see you again.

Comment: Four of us stayed in the Santa Barbara apartment. Its two bedrooms and two bathrooms suited our needs well. The kitchen was well equipped for our stay. Good to have Sky TV but we did not use it much. The apartment is excellently situated for access to the beach and is well served with local buses which we used to travel to town and main station. Great value and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Garage also.

Comment: Family of 4 Stayed at Rue de Belgique Nice late August.Excellent location. Loads of bars/ restaurants nearby. Clean & comfortable. Has a balcony but we avoided because of the kids. Marc picked us up and even managed to take us back to the airport. Friendly chap, very hepful.
