I have a lot of hair and it is past shoulder length....you look marvelous and I would love to see more current pictures....take care sister...by the way, where are you? Comment: Congratulations on your progress. I'm going through the same thing. Nov. 16th 2002 was the last day of my own chemical dependency. I'm transitioning by twisting my own hair and wearing a fro.

Comment: Hi Yvonne: Thanks for sharing your journey with us. I'm considering Sisterlocks or Loc extensions to grown out my permed hair. I'm also a mixed child and I understand your pain while growing up.I have decided that in 2003 I will start my journey. You are right when you say that you get more compliments on your natural styles as oppose to the relaxer, weaves, etc. God Bless and I'll check back soon. Peace to all!
