Comment: I can't make an overview as I'm in the middle, likly more nearly the beginning, of your site. My father-in-law was from your country, from Valencia. He was on the losing side of Spain's War, the one in which Guernica was offered as bombing practice to the Germans, in their warm up to WWII. He was to have been a doctor, but had to leave Spain. He brought his Moorish heritage and his magic touch with Paella, which he passed on to my wife. You and Angelita, my wife, would get along very well .

Comment: Hello ! This is a pretty good website you have here! I am not Spanish, I was born in Australia, but I have always been interested in cooking, particularly Mediterranean cooking but I haven't really had anyone to teach me unfortunately. (My mother is pacific islander, my father is Euro-mediterranean). Anyway I haven't tried any of you recipes yet but i will soon because they look pretty good! I actually already eat a lot of these dishes (when at cousins houses)but i can't make them myself lol. Ye
