Comment: My only memory of the Monarchs was seeing them play in Frankfurt in 1998 when I lived there. I remember they were unlucky to lose in overtime. Personally I think Scotland should share some wealth with us and turn the Claymores into the British Claymores. It's gutting that a country like England can't even produce a professional American football team.

Comment: Just been on the NFL site watching the video clip of World Bowl 1 and the memories came flooding back. Great days, the Hart attack defence,Dedrick Dodge, the fog bowl, my only away trip to Frankfurt in season 2.
How did they manage to cock it all up?
I had a season ticket for the Wembley seasons but once they started moving grounds and even worse became the England Monarchs it was always going wrong. Such a shame.

Comment: Does anyone know if there are any official london/england monarchs websites up and running? What happened to the monarchs 2000 gathering? After they decided to rename themsleves and only focused on bums on seats the team went downhill....shame....
