Comment: Hi Dee, It is true what you say about Mark Bates not covering you whilst in America, but America is law-suit City, so I can 't really blame them. They would have to raise their premium to offer this cover. Most people take out holiday insurance and are covered through this anyway.
I drive extra-carefully when out there!

Comment: Dont take out insurance with Mark Bates Ltd, They advertise Worlwide cover but you cannot get wordwide because you are not covered on Airplanes!!!!! My seller has removed thier leaflets from his shop being totally unaware of the small print.

Comment: I bought a scooter from Steve about 2or3 years ago and its still going well, he is always there if you need to ask a question and he dont charge you for the answer, and if you need spare parts he dont charge the earth for them, we r looking for another one at the moment, one we can lift better and put it in the car, without to much effort,Keep up the good work Steve.

Comment: found this site by googling mobility scooter servicing found the site honest and informative i am not a service engineer for these scooters but have serviced similar products and thinking about going into servicing scooters etc and just looking for information.excelent site easy to navigate and most important to me has an honest feel .dont think theres many companys left like this now cheers mick
