Comment: A thought: the Planning Inspector for the Welsh Assembly is quoted on your mission statement page as saying that all development should now be sustainable. He is correct - it should be. However, "sustainable " does not mean "slightly less unsustainable than it used to be ". In that light, can almost any development that has happened in the past few years actually meet the requirements of the planners? Should not every building that has been approved now be retrospectively disallowed?

Comment: Your development is inspirational. Good luck with Lammas planning and I have written a letter of support to Pembs c.c. Low impact is the best way forward for the rural economy and I hope to be living on such when I return.

Comment: Fantastic idea and a wonderful low impact way of life. Why are those in charge of this country so narrow minded when it comes to things like this?
