Comment: Very nice pages! I had three Vauxhalls;
68 Victor
72 Viva (my silver arrow due to its color)
76 Chevette
The pictures at your site brings good memories back to mind.
Unfortuneately Vauxhalls are an infrequent bird on Norvegian roads these
days, but now when we are driving Fords and Toyotas of newer ages
it is amazing when they have to go to the garages for a number of things, we can
honestly say this; this never broke down on the old Vauxhalls we used to have!

Comment: Received an FD Ventora 3.3 - This will be modified in time by lowering and stiffening the ride. The exhaust system will be swapped for one off unit and the gearbox will be cahnged for a Carlton 5-speed - Should go like a rocket :)
The wheels will be replaced with 15 inch rims and shod in 195/55 or 195/60 (not sure what the profile has to be yet) Good Year Eagle F1's. Lamps are going to be swapped for halogen ones and
the engine itself will be fed by triple

Comment: Really enjoyed your website . I have just purchased my first Viva , a 1970 SL90 1159cc, for £300, including a bootful of spares. - back axle, steering rack , new clutch , complete gasket sets etc. The car has a full MOT test, and has had a recent respray . Do you think I have had a good bargain as I am new to Viva ownership.? Any replies will be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance , and I look forward to visiting your website regularly. dave@gleaves2.fsnet.co.uk
