Comment: We stayed in the Dormy House in late February and had a magnificent time. We were made very welcome, the weather was good but mainly the course was excellent. We will come back soon.

Comment: Course is marvellous and the welcome/service received was first class. Course was in fabulous condition (we played in late Oct) with a lovely mix of holes. Holes 6 to 10 are great stretch of holes.

Comment: Having played all my junior golf at Formby and spent the past 11 years living in London I still eulogise about the course and the atmosphere at Formby and I am resolved to visit during 2005.

Comment: My favourite course in the British Isles, beats all the Royal courses, really special.
NOTE I have not played St. Andrews.
I play at least twice every year (since late 1990s) generally staying in the Dormy House.
Always have a memorable time both on and off the course, the hospitality just hightens the enjoyment of the occasion

Comment: Was an Associate Member from 1959 til about 1963. Moved to Canada in 1965. My brother,Clive, is still a member. Very impressed with your website. P.S. was interested to review how the course has changed. In my times it was 6,803 yards.

Comment: i think that the course is immaculate. from my perspective when i was caddying for my sister in a professional competition the course was in full force and this was in mid March. Good work !

Comment: a great course that i play with my dad, once every 2 months. i have so much fun there and always enjoy myself.
