Comment: I REALLY JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT I ATTENDED BOTH ST DAVIDS YOUTH CLUB AND ALSO THE BROWNIE GROUP - BOTH WERE GREAT FUN.
AS A CHILD I HAD ALL MY BIRTHDAY PARTIES LOCATED THERE, AND NOW MY CHILDREN ARE CONTINUING THE TREND.
I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO THANK REVERANT ROY WATSON FOR PUTTING UP WITH US - I DONT KNOW HOW YOU DONE IT!
I THINK THAT ST DAVIDS IS A GREAT ASSETT TO THE COMMUNITY!

Comment: Oops! I became confused when I left my last message in your guestbook! I should have written that I remembered Roy Gibson, rather than Roy Watson. I noticed that Roy Gibson appears in several of the group photos from the 1950s. I attached two jpegs of the old church building to an e-mail that I sent to my wife so she could see where I'd attended Sunday School in the 1940s; she was appropriately shocked! Best Wishes! Comment: I remember very well attending St David's Church Sunday School starting about 1945 to about 1950, when the building was a galvanized, corrugated iron structure. Buildings don't come much uglier than that one! I suppose we had to make do with what could be obtained, for what little money was available then. Good old days of poverty and hardship! I also remembered Roy Watson as a young man, because his name was same as mine, and I think he lived on the Colcot Estate near us (Port Road, perhaps
