Comment: I was born and raised in Liverpool, and came across your URL while reading a copy of the News Sun some friends left me on their visit to Fairbanks. The site is very good, and a great way to show all my friends in Alaska my hometown. Good work. I'll be checking it out regularly.

Comment: Being married to a Liverpool girl in 1960 it hit home. Also in the very first photo that includes a walk way over the canal, her homestead is the house withe the pillars on the front porch. She was the former Lois Rhoades, daughter of Edward and Agnes Rhoades.
