Comment: My husband & children are descendants of George Boswell & Judith Fauntleroy by way of their son, Wm Elliott Boswell. Judith was the daughter of Griffin Fauntleroy & Judith Swan. George & Judith married in Northumberland Co, VA. An interesting fact: one of their grandsons was named Bushrod Temple Boswell. I had wondered where they came up with the name Bushrod..now I know!! One of his sister's names was Nancy Fauntlero

Comment: My GG grandfather was Jefferson Davis Goyne b 8 Dec. 1852 in Kemper Co., MS d 21 Dec. 1935 Shackelford Co., Albany, TX. m Minnie Pearle Gopyne ca 1846. His parents were John R. Hoyne b 18 Feb. 1809 GA. d abt. 1870 Lamar Co., TX. m Elisibeth Byars b 14 Mar 1812 KY. This has been a difficult family to research. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Comment: I would like to share information with you. I have been researching the Vallance family tree - the surname I assumed was my birth one! Only to find my granfather was born ten years after George "Vallance's" death and George Vallance was the illegitimate son of Ann Vallance. But I do have a lot of information which i am willing to share.
