Comment: I was born in colchester Essex. My father was John Coppin son of Samuel (Joe) Coppin and we lived near Halsted Essex. I know that we have some Canadian relatives that I have not seen sice I was a child, I am now 54!! Coppin-Crown came about two years ago when I remarried. I have two children of my own Rachel Coppin and David Coppin

I have found your wonderful website and family tree after searching for the ancestry of my great-grandfather Frederick Curtis Cecil Smith. It would seem from your tree that John and Abigail Coppin are in fact my G.G.G.G.G.G.G Grandparents (paternal).
It is truly fascinating to be able to go back that far, as previous to 2006 we knew little or nothing of my paternal grandparents' heritage.
