Comment: Great page mate, I'm only 19. My car is a tan/gold 1978 XC Fairmont GXL...it's only a 302 but still goes pretty hard thanks to a lumpy crow cam, extractors, 302 4V heads, holley 650, etc etc.. I used to have a 1980 XD Falcon, stock 6 but now it's time to actually own a classic... I've driven plenty of 4s, 6s and 8s...and all I can say is that nothing on earth can beat the V8 rumble, power ,coolness and class.... especially Ford V8s.... cyas

Comment: You have a great site steve. I have always been interesed in Fords. I have a 1978 XC Fairmont GXL. Its emerald green with avacado velour interior and 8 inch twelve slots all round with 235 Eagers. Apart from the wheels, lowered suspension, and driving lights the outside is stock and I reckon they are one on the toughest looking cars ever made. The engine is a 351 clevo with 302 heads and straight LPG. I drive it every day and it has 340,000km on the clock. It owes me $24,000 and looks and d
