Comment: Hi fellow Cornish road runners,
If any of you fancy a warm up prior to the 'Truro Half', there's a 10k in Probus on Sunday 9th Sept at 10.30 a.m.
There'll be a full set of vets trophies to compete for (as per GP spec)plus some local trophies for the best male + female runners from Ladock, Grampond Rd and Probus. Also there'll be trophies for the fastest male and female under eighteen.
The field is restricted to 200 and we 're looking to get all the postal entries

Comment: HI all went to sussex and run 13.2 miles 4 mile kayak 30 odd mile mountain bike on sat 28th .Done it as a pairs with lisa wotton of truro running club and we got 2nd in the pairs not bad for my first trailathlon see you all soon garry..

Comment: Training is at Foredown (on way to Pensilva)this Tuesday 10th July.Meet at 6.30 at Foredown.
On Sunday 15th July Richard Daulton has kindly agreed to take a group of us over to Dartmoor for a run .Meet at 8am at Lux Park car park.Please let Richard or me whether asap you would like to come so we can be sure of numbers.

Comment: HI finish the classic quarter 44 mile alta. Lots of rain and wind nice views of the fog done my foot in at 22 miles.BUT i keep on going to the finish not sure on pos yet but i think 5 th or 6th over all not a run for the soft just hard nuts need to aply for this one.Got the teeshirt as it is a one off next year it will be a 160 mile 5 day run see you all tuesday GARRY..

Comment: HI all ech members is there any one intrested in haveing a go at classic quarter altra marathon. A 44 mile south west coastal path run on 30 june. would be nice to get some of you lot out for along run you can do it as a 4 man relay if you would like 11 miles in stead of 44 mile in one hit.IT would be good to see east cornwall harriers doing some longer runs.Leave some comments to what you think from the ECH NUTTER GARRY..
