Comment: Yes, I know new technology is hard to learn. But necessary. And for those fans who can post here and who have registered on the forum it's only a small step to joining in with more. And I feel much younger for trying the new ways. Just think, Roger's fan base could suddenly become decades younger.

Comment: Finally, there will always be a hardcore few of us RW fans who will even adapt to changes because of Roger. But let us not expect miracles from the forum. It can and will thrive! Maybe we should change the button to read "info exchange forum" to attract more members. I would love to post a long report on our trip - the concerts - Roger and Natalie - our drive through Ireland past Roger's homes, past and present, and post some pics!

Comment: Just a thought re the previous posts - with so many of Roger's English speaking fans being older than the German ones it may well be that the slow response to the forum is just a sign of the more reticent and older fans Roger has in some areas. Many of Roger's fans do not even have a pc or pc literacy. Navigating the forum could even be intimidating to some who may use pcs only for email and surfing. How many of Roger's fans use mp3s, ipods, etc? We sure don't - nor even know how to use them

Comment: Well thank you very much to both Ann and Chris for the kind thoughts. We'll be back on the forum again - if we can ever manage to remember our password! Recovery however is slow. Being in our 60s spending four weeks running around Europe like 20 year olds dragging luggage on and off trains has consequences sooner or later, and what happened at Gatwick was the culmination. BUT - anything for Roger is worth it!!!

Comment: I agree with you Chris. I had just about started to fall asleep in the forum. There are several of Roger's biggest fans on the forum membership list who never post anything. How about we all have discussions over there? Especially now that Vicky and Rory are back, albeit injured. Rory will have to post very briefly...
