Comment: This is for Ari in Finland. We have to defer to Ann's reply as we have not been to any of the Danish venues.

However, we have to say that although we do not speak or understand German Roger's concerts in Germany are much better than in English speaking countries. Looking at the song list for Chemnitz last year, of 30 songs that Roger sang there were just three in English; Last Farewell, Rich Man, and River Lady. But if you can, really consider a German concert; you won't regret it!

Comment: This is to Vicky & Rory: I'd like to participate to Roger's concert where he is going to sing in English. SO: Is Roger going to sing in English in the concerts in Denmark (19.-22.09.-08), in Germany (januery, february and march -09) and in Vienna. I don't understand German so much as it should be necessary and I prefer English and have listened to Roger's songs only in English and in fact I don't like German at all so much than English. For the benefit of everyone who may have been waiting for an announcement about UK concerts, we are sorry to have to tell you that there will not be any concerts this year at all.

However, it is possible that some venues could be scheduled in the first half of 2009, obviously after the German tour ends.

BUT please, do not misread this or make plans based upon it, as at this stage it is only a possibility.

Comment: From the time I was growing up, I've listened to Roger Whittaker & still do the same. Though not many people of my age listen to "Old Music", I've always differed, to which I'm proud of. The songs are very inspiring & I've sung a few at functions. I'm hoping that I would be able to get one of the tours - it's been on my mind for a very long time, & praying that I would be able to achieve it.
