Comment: Love Roger's music. My fav is "The Last Farewell". Haven't seen him on American t.v. in a while. Any broadcast or cable t.v. specials expected? I understand he's sort of retired and probably doesn't want to tour in America, but it would really be nice to see him perform. Love ya, Roger! You're the greatest!!

Comment: In response to Paul in England regarding Roger being a pilot, yes, he is. He is both multi-engine qualified and instrument rated. For the 1983 Kenya production he flew his former King Air 200, G-SONG, from the UK to Kenya via Heraklion, Cairo and (I think) Addis Ababa to Nairobi. He has also flown G-SONG to Canada and the U.S. on concert tours in the 1980s.

Comment: Guy, I don't think Roger has anything planned, as he has just finished his second farewell tour in a few years. But we can keep hoping that he'll be ready for a little more once he has rested.

Comment: Here are some latest news about Rogers new live CD. Sony BMG says: (Part II)

Certainly the album includes Rogers greatest German hits like Albany or Abschied ist ein scharfes Schwert. But you will also find some special songs like “Yesterday or “Calypso Medley”. And of course there will be some tracks on from the “Dankeschön-Tour 2007”.

Some tunes will be released for the first time on CD!
