Comment: This is for VICKY & RORY and ANN: What, when & where is the very next Roger Whittaker concert & the nearest to Finland? I'm so exited to know! I'm so exited to know all the next concerts! The very first song that I have listened in German is "Albany". It sounds very good and I can a little bit allso German but not so much at all than English.

Comment: As a young boy growing up in London, we always listened to Roger Whittaker in the car and to this day, it still conjures up memories of happy times. Thank you Roger! However, I cannot find any record of a song I used to have of his that is one of my favourites. I think it's called "Manuel", but I'm not sure. The opening lyrics are "Down by the river San Miguel there's a grey house, and it dwells". If anyone can help me track down this classic, I would be most grateful. Many thanks

Comment: You are so right about time going by so quickly.I'm 40 this year and listening to Roger started when I was about 12 and my Dad bought a car with a tape player and the first tape he bought was of Roger.Things havent changed my children get into my Dads car and they are now singing to Roger.It's going to be a family tradition I think.I went to see Roger late 80's in Cardiff and was blown away his voice.It has been an honour and a pleasure to listen to your music.Thank You

Comment: Hey Peter Kirkpatrick! Thanks for the great idea. We did that many times years ago. In fact we dragged our kids thousands of miles following Roger's tours in Canada and the U.S. Now they're adults, 31-39, and still fans of Roger. But here in our little somewhat isolated city in northern Ontario we have little chance to influence the local kids. Our own three and our grandchildren are thousands of miles away in Alberta. But we do try promoting Roger at every opportunity!!!

Comment: Yes Anthony, we know that you and Rose are the rare exception these days, when so many potential "younger" RW fans are hooked by today's pop culture. Because of at***udes these days in North America the vast majority of "young" people never have the opportunity pleasure of even hearing Roger. You and Rose are likely the youngest fans to ever cross the Atlantic to attend one of Roger's concerts!

Comment: This is for Paul in the U.S.A. We can second what Ann has said regarding Germany. In addition, only in Germany and Austria does Roger have a very substantial young following in addition to the large numbers of seniors. In both Canada and the U.S. Roger's following has been entirely seniors, many of whom are no longer around. This plus the elimination of the "easy listening" category has kept Roger from access to potential new fans. Sad but true!
