approach.However,we must emphasize the spiritual side of Karate.Karate is more than punching and kicking.The names of the Kata are very

Comment: Judo is really a family. After three decades playing judo I can 't find anything to complain agains my felows. Nothing can replace this family. I hope it is true for all other sport
