The difference maker in my opinion is quite simple, Taylor is a "PROVEN" and "ACCOMPLISHED" champion. Pavlik has done little if anything in most people's minds including mine. If Pavlik loses (which he should) then he will be back to fighting "C-List" and below average fighters, a feat he has done well to get this "luck shot". Pavlik loses it merely proves he was a fluke and a punch drunk kid with a padded record as many believe.

Comment: Taylor hasnt looked good since he fought Hopkins - and i dont know what happended there - winky swolled his eye shut, kassim ouma who is a midget at 160 took his notorious right hand, and spinks danced all over him, jemain better come with his A++ Game to beat Pavilk. Miranda backed up the whole fight because Pavlik preassured him and that was his game plan. the look on taylors face at the end of the last 4 fights was unconfident

Comment: The great thing about this fight-- I really believe both of these guys are approaching 9/29 with real HUNGER.
Taylor wins- he can retire at 160lbs with the belt. Pavlik must win, or he'll be considered a mirage.... at least until he can pull it together and convince people he wasnn't.
The difference maker is that Taylor is just MORE TALENTED. Taylor said that this will be the most impressive fight thus far of his career, and obviously I am biased, but I believe him.

Comment: I do think Pavlik is a good fighter, and Taylor hasn't looked great the last couple fights. HOWEVER, everything I read and hear indicates Taylor takes this fight INCREDIBLY seriously and has dedicated himself to a much more stringent training regiment than he has in a long time.
Taylor's exact words were, "I gotta keep that belt. I bled for that belt... that's my blood on that belt."

Comment: Fact is, we just don't have any idea how good Pavlik is, and he hasn't fought anyone REMOTELY as accomplished as Taylor.
Miranda moved back all fight-- Taylor will move laterally and make Pavlik work more. Miranda wanted to half-a$$ step up to the slugfest, only you cant do that. You either accept that you're in a slugfest and WAIL, like Pavlik did, or you counter and move. Miranda did this "I'm gonna out-slug you while moving back" thing. Just a BAD FIGHT from his perspective.

Comment: They have a large agenda which is distorted to fulfill, let them continue to spin this off, and spew out the garbage. It is like trying to argue with a wall, a no win situation. This is what drugs do to a person which is quite evident.
