Comment: We enjoyed our stay at Quinta Don Jose and would certainly stay here again.The staff were warm and friendly, especially the three ladies that served us our coffee each morning. All 12 of us came away with the same feelings, it's great place to spent some peaceful time.

Comment: a beautiful hotel. definately the place to stay in tlaquepaque. the beautiful and maintained gardens and pond are very relaxing by the pool. have a margarita and pizza by the pool. the 2 bedroom villa was amazing with 1st class accomodations including full fridge with freezer, all appliances appear brand new and 1st class. tv in each room with family room in front part. small open patio where we could smoke in comfort as the hotel is nonsmoking, but worth the small inconvenience for sure.

Comment: The best hotel ever! We were give so much care and attention by the staff who became our friends. We had the pool to ourselves most afternoons. Most guests were friendly and classy. The decor is cosy, arty Mexican. Leo the chef let us cook for him in his kitchen!! Barman Charley is fab, as at the waitors and the lovely ladies on reception - outstanding all of you. Of course it's family run which adds to the charm, Estela was wonderful! THANK YOU ALL!!! Besitos

Comment: We LOVE this hotel. The place was beautiful, but the people working there make it what it is. Everyone made us feel comfortable with our 4 year old boy being himself.

Comment: Just returned from another wonderful stay at this charming B&B! Everyone is so helpful, friendly and sincerely welcoming! The breakfast is wonderful, and now a dinner menu is available, with the same great service and wonderful food! I HIGHLY recommend this B&B,and the area for a great,low key,relaxing vacation.Don't forget the shopping....it's worth the trip!

Comment: This week we will be staying at Quinta Don Jose for the fourth time! It 's our home away from home. We just love it there. We recommend the new restaurant. We ate there two evenings and it was excellent!! The lasagna is enough for two people easily. The beef is excellent!!
We 've never met a friendlier staff of people and even the guests are extra special.

Comment: Arturo, Estela, their daughter Brisa, and all their friendly staff have made QDJ our favorite "home away from home " when in the Guadalajara/Tlaqupaque area. The rooms are charming and comfortable, the breakfasts hearty and tasty, and Charlie 's Tamarind Marqaritas are the best in Mexico or the States. We look forward to each and every chance to visit, and each time are rewarded with some delightful new surprise. Can 't wait to enjoy the new Tlaquepasta restaurant! See you again soon

Comment: I wanted to personally thank the entire staff of Quinta Don Jose for a delightful stay. The accomodations were great, and the friendly and warm helpful staff was even better!! I would recommend this facility to anyone!!!

Comment: Was at Quinta Don Jose last summer- for 1 wk. Recommend this B&B..friendly...helful, made our stay feel like as if visiting w/family. charlie makes great "casuelas" ...when there you have to try this drink..it is fantastic!
my adult children's first time in mexico was something they will never forget--how friendly and the hospitality received from arturo to the cooks and housekeepers, don Jose, the driver was "awsome"...we will be back next year!!! (excellent food and fresh fruit)

Comment: We want to express our thanks for the greatest vacation that we have ever had. Your website was great but it did not compare to actually being at the inn. Our room was great but the courtyard was magical. A place to rest the soul and get in touch with you inner feelings. The staff was great and made our stay very pleasant. They actually made us feel like family. The food was awesome as was the service. We will be back soon. Thank you for a wonderful time!
