Comment: Also connected via my late husband to Mary Ann NEW as mentioned by Jane Urquhart. The story (which I told Jane) of Mary Ann arriving to marry a Mr. Hunt sounds reasonable considering Jane NEW was Jane HUNT - she's obviously not a daughter of Jane and William, but perhaps a cousin who arrived here to marry a rellie of Jane NEW / HUNT. Then again, maybe I'm clutching at straws! By the way, found your site via an email from Jane Urquhart.
