Comment: Went to school at Hocking Tech from 1986 to 1988. I have passed this place many times durin and since my college years. Just saw The Ridges for the first time today (4/10/04). The architecture is just amazing! Your site captures it all too. Great job.

Comment: My grandmother died in the Athens Mental Hospital in 1941 of "heart related complications". I would like help in finding any information I can about her record of being there, or what the facility was like at that time. Thank you.

Comment: I worked at the main administrative building at the ridges that is now known at the Kennedy Museum of Art in 2002. I thought is was a beautiful building and it was interesting to go up in the building where the rooms were still unfinished. It was scary at times and you hear stories, but it was a great place to work.

Comment: I volunteered there in 1991 as a freshman at OU for a Social Work class when it was stilled used for a hospital and loved the buildings-they are beautiful. It can be very intimidating and was actually quite scary at times. Wish I could find my paper I wrote about it and the treatment of the patients. In any case-I always find it interesting and look for new information-as you can tell as I am searching over 10 years later!!!
