Comment: I heard about this site from a friend and sturgeon fishing partner, so i thaught i would come and check it out. I am a sturgeon fisherman from Washington state and sometimes venture down to the Columbia River. It is nice to see a good site dedicated to fishing the best fish around.

Comment: i think sturgeon fishing is fun but i wanna know when does sturgeon starts because i cant wait to go sturgeon fishing. my freind caught a 71in sturgeon and it was pretty big. so just email me back and tell me when does sturgeon season starts in california(at freeport) and i have a 12"shimano sorccoro with a Daiwa Jupiter-Z 5000

Comment: I used to live on a houseboat at martinez ca. marina on the end of the dock. One evening was ouside on the back when a huge stergeon came out of the water just a few feet from me. Had to go check my heart rate. Ya it set a new record.

Comment: This site rocks. I love the Sturgie. I fish
every weekend on the Chehalis river in Aberdeen,
Washington. Sturgeon fishing is open 24 hours a
day. But, I must say that 85% of the fish caught
there are keeper size, which is 42" to 60" in
Washington. Therefore, I travel down to the
Bonneville Dam about every other month to fight
the hogs, and I do mean HOGS. Sturgeon fishing
is where its at...all the other fish are just
good to catch for bait! Man versus

Comment: Sturgeon fishing is the greatest. I go up on the
columbia River by Bonneville Dam once a year to go after the big monsters. It's a blast to fight them.
