Comment: I just visited Hawaii, and Pearl Harbor, for the first time in August, and will plan to see this area next time. What a moving experience. Thanks from the proud daughter of a WWII Marine, from "The Fightin' Fourth".

Comment: What a fantastic memorial you have put together here. I found it through a search on the USS UTAH. I am an advisor in the Order of the Arrow in the Great Salt Lake Council BSA. The young man that I have been asked to work with this year is in charge of putting a weeklong summer fellowship together for next June. Durring the opening camp fire he would like to retire a flag from a war memorial that has ties to Utah. Your's is the first memorial that came to my mind.

Comment: My fater, Richard F. Storey served on the USS Utah between 1916 and 1918. He left Fall River Mass. at age 15 and managed to enlist. He then went to the radioman's school at harvard. He was at sea for much of the war. After the war he went to work for the lackawanna Railroad and became an engineer.he loved to tell youg navy vets that he had wrung more salt water out of his socks than they had sailed over.
