Comment: My dad died in Aug '42 and I was born in Mar '43. I have been researching to find him. All I knew was that he was a sailor. He was 19 in the 1920 census aboard the USS Utah. It's him alright because he was 41 when he died. I have never even seen a photo of him but I feel so much closer to him now. I printed out a photo of the USS Utah that was taken the very month and year the census I found him in was taken. Thank you for your Assoc. oh and your guest book so I could TELL someone.

Comment: I am a veteren of WW 2, service in the AUS Quartermasters. I visited Pearl Harbor on 1/13/04, specifically the Arizona Memorial and the USS Missouri. I had no knowledge of a Utah Memorial until I was on my way home. Then I heard the Utah refd to as the forgotten ship. May God bless the men of the UTAH, THOSE WHO GALLANTLY PERISHED AS WELL AS THE SURVIVORS.

Comment: I'am a highschool student and i'm doing a research on the Attack of the Pearl Harbor, and I must say the detail the USS Utah Association has is by far the best. It's wonderful to know someone cares about the history of America!!!!!!
