Comment: Visited the Utah years ago and was saddened that more work was not done to perserve the hull of this fine ship like they are doing on the Arizona now.

Comment: My dear uncle, Charles Cooper 1899-2003 originally from Kaufman County, Texas served on the Utah in World War I. He was on the ship during all of his naval service.
Charlie was so proud of the the "Utah". He had a former shipmate who was on the Utah when she went down at Pearl Harbor.
Charlie lied about his age when he enlisted. He was only 15 years old. I loved the old stories he told about sailing the ship. He would be so proud of what your association is doing for her.

Comment: While visiting the USS Missouri and the Pacific Aviation Museum I was informed of the USS Utah and of course the next day I had to see her, so I made a special trip to the site and I was very moved by what I saw, a worthwhile visit when in the area,
