Comment: We had Bedlingtons back in the 60's from a Foggyfurze ***(Fred Gent in Hartlepool) then had three further ***es. My sister did a little showing but they were mainly pets. I found a *** in Manchester in Jan 1991 in Mchr but enquiries weren't successful and Mar 2nd she had pups (cross breed). I lost her more than 10years ago but had her son until last Oct (17.5yrs), He was my joy and I miss him desperately. Joining the club to keep in touch.

Comment: My friends have bought recently a 4 year bedlington from Novi Sad the owner died and the dog was in the box as they say to me. On your site they have found lots of information. They have asked me help them translate the Copper toxicosis and the Chusing syndrome they are great lovers of this breed and were lookig for a long time to buy one because once there was one in their home once. Should I suggest them to contact you if in our surrounding is someone to help in keeping that dog right?

Just found this website, its lovely to know theres others out there that adore bedlingtons too!! well, i am getting my gorgeous little boy soon, hes now nearly three weeks old and is as gorgeous as his lovely mum, who i originally fell inlove with. Hes a beautiful blue little boy, well hes actually black at the moment! :-)

Comment: I have recently adopted an elderly Bedlington who was going to be put down. I am now completely 'hooked'. He is so sweet and affectionate. Despite being about twelve (I think), he is lively and a joy to take out for walks. I will certainly be looking for another one to adopt when Star is no longer with us.
