Comment: at udorn jan74-jan-75 - 432CSG headquarters squadron - lived in old hootches at end of 2nd to last road, next to klong and machine gun nest (sand bags}. Lived down town in a couple different bungalows - one a 5-bedroom mansion with a pond out back and right next door to the lord mayor of Udorn-Thani! FUN TIMES!

Comment: Spent from 1975-Closing at Udorn. Worked in Fire Dept. Remember responding to 14 Major Off base fires during last week before leaving on the C-130... Still have original fire dept log book and on base grid map...

Comment: Served in 14TRS in 1970-71 would like to locate a buddy Kem or Kim Cooper. He worked in one of the support groups.We were also stationed in McDill AFB, Florida before going to Udorn. Thanks for a great Web Page.

Comment: I was stationed at Udorn RTAFB from March 1, 1969 until March 2, 1970. Worked on C-47's the with the Half-moon/Dogpatch outfit next to the F4's… 555. I still remember the long bus ride from the barracks to the flight line. Do you guys remember the circles? I would take a baht bus as far as the 3rd circle into town. I loved riding around in those samlors as well, but always looking out for those crazy taxi cab drivers!

I was stationed at the US Army Security Agency (7thRRFS)site about 10+ miles south of the air base at Udorn from May 1969-April 1970.
