Comment: Capitalism is a wonderful form of government. It gives us the freedom to act on our own abilities as we deem fit. Unfortunately it also brings with it a large degree of injustice, in the sense that many people are not truly ready to face total freedom. We see it when big corporations use big money arms to shut down the little guys, when the Criminal Justice system becomes the Criminal Injustice System in order to please the interests of a few privileged sectors in society.

Comment: Do you have any information on the Informa Pauperis Act of 2000 which was approved by Congress and signed into law? With reference to proof of service, congress allowed poor persons to serve summons, etc via first class mail, as long as they could provide proof. Delivery confirmation was one of the ways, it can be place on any letter.

Comment: I could write a book about the injustices done to me and my children alone here in Kit***as County, Washington. I am presently fighting conviction of criminal charges where a confidential informant gave police crushed antidepressants and told them he did controlled buys of methamphetamines at my house. The CI has left the state but the prosecutor is still prosecuting. The CI took down several people in the same way. I need help to stop political coruption.

In 1992, me and my family,went through a very abusive process of eminent domain,where one hundred and ten homes were taken under eminent domain for the land to enable the city of Fort Myers, Florida to put in a "spring training facility" for the Boston Red Sox. We were abused,threatened, harassed and forced from our home.Arbitration detention was committed where they held me against my will, trying to force me to sign a"gag order"to keep me quiet about the issues of ED.

Comment: I, too am A housing authority resident in the state of Texas. I recieved my housing assistance grant by hte HUD program office in my county. I am now representing several cases from an informas paupris state. I did not find counsel or stop myself from learing laws and reading guide books available at public law libaries, to start my own litigation. However I have not yet settled the interests of my children in more than nine cases on the record for Texas. I do beleive other can changs laws.

Comment: I recently started an organization entitled, "Justice for All. " I have been a victim of a hate crime and did not receive any assistance from anyone. I was assaulted 3 times at Bluegrass Automotive in Louis, Ky and I have a tape of my coworkers discussing kililng me. There was a coverup and I have filed a lawsuit against several people and offices, therefore I have several Circuit and Fed cases. I have another case re: severe abuse of my grandchildren in a foster home.

Comment: I am an advocate for myself and other disabled people who have been abused in Hud funded properties. I am right now going head to head with Secretary Alphonso Jackson. I am trying to express how Jackson and his whole department are corrupt. I complain about hud funded fraud and abuse of the elderly in Hud's Transaction of the Year for 2005 to Sec. Jackson and he has a subordinate named Ulyses Bridges write me back a letter that was dictated by the abusive landlord who helped steal the money.
